Program & Operations Consulting

Fortune 50 operational muscle, right-sized for your business.

I help small and mid-sized companies run like they're twice their size, without hiring twice the people. I stand up cross-functional programs, deliver projects end to end, and build the operating rhythms that keep them running after I'm gone.

Less chaos. More momentum. Systems that stick.

Approach

Listen first. Build what lasts. Leave you stronger.

You keep sustainable, usable tools that integrate into your business rhythms, not high-level recommendations that collect dust in the cloud.

No. 1

Diagnose before prescribing

I start in listening mode with your team, your customers, and your data to find root causes, not symptoms.

No. 2

Build mechanisms, not memos

I build the actual KPI dashboard, launch plan, weekly business review, or escalation path, then run it with your team until it sticks.

No. 3

I leave things better than I find them

Your team owns the system when the engagement wraps: documented, trained, and confident running it inside your existing business rhythms.

“She transforms small initiatives into major business drivers by bringing diverse teams together under a unified vision, while maintaining high-quality standards and consistent execution.”

Services

Four ways I help growing businesses

I work best with growth-stage operators and founders who know something's broken in how their team listens to customers — they just haven't had time to fix it.

Flagship

Fractional Operations & Program Leadership

Stand up cross-functional programs and deliver projects end to end (E2E). Includes operating cadence, weekly business reviews, KPI frameworks, and clear visibility for stakeholders, decision makers, and investors.

Go-to-Market & Launch Readiness

Launch plans, readiness tracking, risk management, change communications, migration playbooks, and sales and support enablement.

Process & Workflow Design

Workflow mapping, SOPs, quality controls, and tool rollout (Asana, Jira, Notion, Salesforce), including AI-assisted workflow design.

Customer Insight & Revenue Retention

Voice of Customer programs, scalable account management models, churn-risk identification, and win-back playbooks that turn customer feedback into informed decisions.

Working together

What it's like to work with me

Warm but direct. We skip the surface level and get to the real constraint.

I do the work with your team, not to it.

Mechanisms over memos, every time.

When I leave, it keeps running. That's the point.

“She is hard working and highly committed to understanding the needs of her clients. She takes a great deal of pride in building solutions for her clients and fostering a strong bond with her contacts that allows them to have complete faith in her as a partner.”
About
Pilar Paris

I'm Pilar Paris, a program and operations consultant in Fairfield County, Connecticut. When I'm not standing up programs, I'm juggling life with a toddler, reworking rooms through The Wilton House, my interiors studio, or at Wildacre Rotisserie, the restaurant I designed and my husband owns. Dinner out is still a hard-won Resy.

I spent nearly 8 years at Amazon building the systems, launches, and operating rhythms behind some of its fastest-moving businesses. Before that, I helped grow Resy (then Reserve) from 10K to 100K+ users on the West Coast, and built a restaurant and hotel book of business from scratch at TriMark. The thread through all of it: turning customer feedback into informed decisions. I build the mechanisms that capture what your customers are telling you, put it in front of the right people, and make it part of how your business decides and acts.
